My name is Nicole Gough. I live in Bonavista, NL and teach at Catalina Elementary School in Catalina, NL. I am curently working toward my Masters in Education - Information Technology with MUN and CBU.
I am married with a 10 1/2 month old and a 9 year old step son. Life is certainly busy but it is definitely worth it!
Darry and ponyboy play tug of war with soda because they are always trying to make him pick sides whenever they get in fights; whitch is alot. They hurt soda when they are in fight because three of them is all they have left; all they have left is eachother.
Ponyboy and Darry play tug of war with Sodapop becasue when Ponyboy and Darry gets in fights they are always looking for Sodapop to be on Darrys side or Ponyboys side. Sodapop loves Darry and Ponyboy the same, and sodapop doesn't want to pick sides between Ponyboy and Darry. This hurts and makes Sodapop mad because to see his brothers fight all the time over stupid things, it hurt Sodapop. aot.
Darry and Ponyboy play tug of war with Soda because they are always arguing and trying to make soda pick a side. They really hurt soda when they fight because he knows deep down that if Darry hurts pony, pony will ask him to join his side, same the other way around. Soda knows that they are all they have left.

He has to try to pick a side because Darry and Pony are always fighting. if soda picks a side than the other person might not talk to him ever again. also he thinks that both sides have a good point about why they should get along and in the last chapter soda runs but Darry and Pony catch him.
